Relax

Hey There, if you are visiting this page it means that you want to relax for a while.
I am not the right person or resource but here is what I have to say.

First of all get yourself a glass of water. Go, do it !

Now take a deep breath. Breathe in, breathe out. Count backwards..5..4..3..2..1

Hope you are a bit relaxed now.

Now read this:

We live in an indifferent universe.

Prepare for failure, work hard for success and the world will keep carrying on anyway.
Life is temporary happiness followed by recurring chronic dissatisfaction.
I know that you wanted things to work out in a certain way but unfortunately, life/universe/God had other plans.
And no, I shall not imply that whatever happens, happens for good. That is not true in many cases.

If something untoward has happened, see if you can make it right. Plan how you will change the circumstances or cope with the situation that you have landed in. In case you cannot make it right, accept that fact and move on.

For future, does that mean that one should not set goals and remain sad ? No. What it means is that one needs to be mentally strong and be prepared. You need to have a plan and a backup plan always.
